Quick Point Tech's Response: On 2024-07-23, promised to refund the unused 2 months of Canva Pro service and asked for the PayPal account.
Current Status: Quick Point Tech ignored messages (marked as read) and did not process the refund.
PayPal Dispute
Quick Point Tech's Description: "only a slight delay was encountered " is inconsistent with the actual situation; described "no refund policy " but promised to refund the unused 2 months of service and did not fulfill it.

The issue remains unresolved: Quick Point Tech did not honor the promised refund, proving to be a scammer.
Detailed Process
Cause of the Issue
On 2024-02-27, Quick Point Tech sent me a message about renewing my Canvas Pro account service. Quick Point Tech promised to provide 5 months of service for $15, but did not mention any refund policies or clearly state that refunds were not allowed.

First Delay
On 2024-05-07, when the account needed to be updated, Quick Point Tech said, "give me an hour or 2" However, they ignored my messages (marked as read) and did not respond until 2024-05-13, a one-week delay with no explanation. This caused significant losses as I could not provide timely services to my clients.

Second Delay
On 2024-07-12, when the account needed to be updated again, Quick Point Tech lied again, saying, "Expect your accounts in a few hours" During this wait, they also ignored my messages (marked as read) and did not respond until 2024-07-18. Is this what they mean by a few hours? A five-day delay. This again caused losses as I could not provide timely services to my clients, making them very angry.

Refund Request
Due to the repeated lies and the inability to deliver accounts on time, which caused me losses, I could no longer trust Quick Point Tech. I did not use the account and requested a refund on 2024-07-22.
On 2024-07-23, Quick Point Tech promised to refund the unused 2 months of Canva Pro service and asked for my PayPal account. However, during this process, Quick Point Tech did not issue the refund, continued to ignore my messages (marked as read), and did not respond or address the issue.

PayPal Dispute
In the PayPal dispute, Quick Point Tech's description of "only a slight delay was encountered" does not match the actual situation. As recorded above, the first delay was one week, and the second delay was five days. Additionally, Quick Point Tech described a "no refund policy," but they promised to refund the remaining 2 months, which was not fulfilled, proving to be another lie.

Conclusion
So far, Quick Point Tech has not resolved the issue or honored the promised refund, proving to be a scammer.
