On 2024-07-12, when the account needed to be updated again, Quick Point Tech lied again, saying, "Expect your accounts in a few hours" During this wait, they also ignored my messages (marked as read) and did not respond until 2024-07-18. Is this what they mean by a few hours? A five-day delay. This again caused losses as I could not provide timely services to my clients, making them very angry.

Due to the repeated lies and the inability to deliver accounts on time, which caused me losses, I could no longer trust Quick Point Tech. I did not use the account and requested a refund on 2024-07-22.

On 2024-07-23, Quick Point Tech promised to refund the unused 2 months of Canva Pro service and asked for my PayPal account. However, during this process, Quick Point Tech did not issue the refund, continued to ignore my messages (marked as read), and did not respond or address the issue.
